Who can submit ?
All qualified academics are invited to submit their original work to Nexis Key: Journal of Research and Scholarship , provided that the author has the requisite copyright or has obtained permission from the copyright holder.
While there may be instances where copyright has been assigned to an employer as a condition of employment (outside the academic context), authors customarily retain initial ownership of the copyright for their work.
